Terms & Conditions

1. Participants

When you confirm a booking, you are making a firm commitment to pay for the minimum number of participants, which is 10 up to a maximum of 25.

2. Publicity Consent

Artfunkle will be taking photos at the painting workshop. These images will be used by Artfunkle to share news about the event. Images may be used in press releases, printed publicity and published on Artfunkle’s Facebook Page. If you would prefer for you, your child or group not to be photographed, please let us know prior to the event or email on artfunkle2015@yahoo.co.uk

3. Payment

Payment should be made via bank transfer, cash or cheque, within 21 days of workshop delivery. Workshop prices are subject to change at any time, but any changes will not affect prior bookings that have already been confirmed by us.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation by the customer

All cancellations must be in writing and sent either by post or email. The company will acknowledge a cancellation within 3 days of receiving it. Until the customer has received confirmation, the original booking remains valid.

The customer will be charged on the following basis:

     · 75% of the total workshop fee where cancellation takes place within the period of 2 weeks before the commencement date of the course; or

     · 100% of the total workshop fee where cancellation takes place within 48 hours commencement date of the course.

Cancellation by the company

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that workshops actually run, the company will notify the customer of cancellation as soon as practicable where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary due to medical emergency or severe illness of tutor.

In the event of cancellation, customers will be offered the choice of the following options: –

    ·  Full refund of the fee paid; or

    · Another booking on a different date.
